We stand behind our quality and craftsmanship. We offer a one-year limited warranty on all our jewelry. We will service your jewelry for free, for up to one year of your purchase date. Exclusions and conditions apply. For all services, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our shop. Please make sure to contact us prior to sending your jewelry in for service.
The one-year warranty service includes:
* Resizing (limit one)
* Replacing lost accent stone(s)
* Tightening prongs on your center stone
* Rebuilding damaged prongs
* Cleaning/polishing
* Re-rhodium plating your white gold jewelry
* Other craftsmanship issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Our one-year warranty service EXCLUDES:
* Damaged, stained, or chipped center stone. If you notice any defects with your
center stone, we must be notified within 7 days of your rings arrival
* Damage caused by performing daily chores and/or physical activities while wearing your jewelry
* Damage caused by harsh blows or other artificial abuse
Any alterations (such as resize or repair) done by another jeweler will automatically VOID the warranty. For exclusions, or after the one year is up, please contact us. We will gladly provide repairs for reasonable fees.
